Utilising our local knowledge of high end property in Mauritius and a comprehensive list of contacts, we can target the specific areas you are looking for. Often properties are not listed on the open market. We will source and view those which look suitable, compile a shortlist of listed and non-listed property closely matching your requirements and budget. We will arrange viewing of properties and accompany you so that we can get a deeper understanding of exactly what you looking for.
Property benchmarking
We will propose a range of properties which fit your criteria and compare the price/m2 of each property compared to what has recently sold on the market to ensure you are not overpaying and getting value for money.
Due diligence
It is important that you are aware of issues which may affect the quality of life near your property. We therefore take all precautions to have a swift appraisal of your property within our local market, whether that maybe be future nearby developments, type of neighbourhood, quality and integrity of the developer.
Negotiation only
Occasionally clients may find a property themselves, either on the market or privately and instruct us to act for them in the negotiation and management of the purchase from that point onwards. We are happy to provide this service to clients at a reduced fee.
